Middle School Summer Reading There are two lists for the middle school.  Please select the appropriate list for your child's grade. Grade 5  Middle School Summer Reading List for Grade 5 5th Grade Questions Grades 6—8 Students are required to answer three questions for their one required book. The questions are available as PDF forms. Please download the form for your grade, fill in the form, print it, and bring the printed form with you on the first day of school.
