Heart to Heart

Heart to Heart is a parallel program whereby students with Down syndrome learn their core subjects in a self contained special education classroom. In addition, these students are part of a specific grade level class and take enrichment classes, lunch, and physical education classes with that class. These students also interact with their assigned classes when appropriate.
This non-diploma seeking program is offered for a maximum of four students. This program is offered to Franklin Road Academy families. “FRA family” is described as siblings of current students and children or siblings of alumni or former FRA student.
